Kyle Huff, Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Management at Georgia Gwinnett College | Founder - Huff Leadership Solutions

Dr. Kyle Huff is an Associate Professor of Management and leads the Management Discipline in the School of Business at Georgia Gwinnett College. He also currently serves as the Director of the Leadership and Management Development Institute at GGC.  Dr. Huff founded Huff Leadership Solutions as an executive coaching practice that helps current and aspiring leaders achieve their professional potential.

Kyle teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. His research interests are around the broad topic of employee assessment. This includes justice perceptions of performance appraisals, threats to the validity of the web-based assessment, HR/talent analytics, and alternative measures of psychological constructs. While earning his degree, he has worked as part of various teams that have completed projects for the U.S. military, O*NET, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and NASA. In addition, he has worked directly for VeriTest and Predvari, and Kyle previously served on the Board of Directors for IHRIM Atlanta.

Huff received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational and vocational psychology at North Carolina State University. Before that, he earned an M.S. in general psychology from Georgia College and State University and a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has certificates in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from IECL and Hogan Assessments. He also has completed the Master Teacher training and is a certified Data Carpentries instructor.
