She has worked for companies as small as 450 employees and as large as 22,000, with multiple HR systems products, and has led multiple large-scale implementations as well as upgrades, and has gone through 2 HR Systems Strategy-building processes. She has been a member of IHRIM since 2003, has had an article published in Workforce Solutions Review, and has served in multiple regional IHRIM chapter positions, as well as the on the national-level Affiliates Committee. She has presented at multiple IHRIM conferences, software-specific conferences, as well as at User Groups and through webinars.
