FAQs on Canceling, Rescheduling & Redoing Modules

Enrollment and timing

  • You have 3 months from purchase to schedule your assessment meeting.
  • You have 24 months from purchase date to complete the mentorship.
  • Your first meeting should occur in February or earlier.

Reasonable Professional Progress (RPP)

  • Mentors and mentees confirm a commitment to reasonable professional progress in line with IHRIM education guidelines and HRIP requirements.
  • For A.X.I.S., RPP means holding one virtual or in-person meeting each month for two terms of nine months.
  • If this minimum is not met, a documented cause must be provided.

Mentor matching

  • IHRIM will make every reasonable effort to pair mentees with compatible mentors.
  • If a pairing is not working, either party may request a substitution.

Module reperformance

  • Completed modules cannot be repeated without committee approval.
  • If approved, a module may be reperformed for a nominal 100-dollar fee and scheduled any time after the 18th meeting.

Fees and rescheduling

  • All fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Programs, sessions,  and modules may be rescheduled at IHRIMโ€™s sole discretion, in consultation with the Mentorship pair.

  1. Apply using the form below.
  2. Go to IHRIMโ€™s Online Store to pay the nonrefundable A.X.I.S. Application Fee.
    (You will need to log in or create a profile.)
  3. An Acceptance Letter will follow within a few days from IHRIM, along with instructions on how to pay the balance and register for the assessment interview.
