About IHRIM Media

IHRIM Media consists of several multimedia publications that inform our members about current and emerging products, practices, and people related to HR Technology. IHRIM Media is the trusted source for vendor-neutral information and insights.

As a professional association, IHRIM serves a global audience of executive management and senior-level human resource and information technology leadership, academicians, researchers, students, and other thought leaders and visionaries.

Workforce Solutions Review (WSR)

IHRIM’s quarterly magazine is dedicated to increasing individual and organizational effectiveness in the workplace through visionary and evolving uses of technology. WSR also produces the Buyers Guide to HR Technology and other helpful resources for practitioners, educators, innovators, and administrators.

Technology Review Council (TRC)

TRC meets regularly to examine, assess, and discuss new HR Technologies from start-ups and mature suppliers. Solution innovators present their ideas and solutions to common HR-related problems with candid discussions held on a confidential basis to benefit IHRIM members,
non-IHRIM attendees, and the presenter.

Podcasts and Online Seminars

IHRIM offers self-paced, on-demand access to great HR Technology thought leaders and topics from around the world. Innovators and subject matter experts are profiled and interviewed about their contributions to this multidisciplinary profession.

Guidelines for Content Creators

We welcome all media ideas from IHRIM members and non-members who share the Association's passion for advancing HR-Tech practice.

Have an idea for an article, seminar, course, presentation, or podcast?

IHRIM-Contribute-2

All assets published in WSR should primarily focus on human capital management (HCM), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT). We define this as a nexus that includes human resource strategy and operations (e.g., benefits, recruiting, talent management, workforce management, payroll, et al) and the information technology solutions required to manage them. Articles may be considered for both digital and/or print publication, and all pitches are evaluated by the WSR Editorial Committee according to the following criteria:

  • Depth of research and thoroughness in addressing the subject matter.
  • Clarity of writing.
  • Relevance for a domestic and international management readership.
  • Originality and innovation.
  • Broad strategic focus.
  • Quality.
  • Accuracy.

Articles are accepted with the understanding that their content is the author’s original work and has not been previously published (in electronic or print format). They should not include an explicit sales pitch for any product or service.

IHRIM offers sponsorship opportunities for businesses, government agencies, and other organizations wishing to advertise.

If Your Pitch is Accepted

If your article idea is accepted for publication, we will share a formal author agreement for you to sign, as well as additional guidelines on formatting and desired length.

While we do not have a strict word count, most of our published articles are between 500 and 1,500 words. We have fewer restrictions for digital-only publication.

Articles may be edited for reasons of space, clarity and to conform to IHRIM’s editorial style guidelines.
