She has twenty years of experience in HR vice president positions leading groups in over thirty countries; such perception has aided her in knowing what it takes for companies to remain relevant, responsive, and resilient in ever-changing global environments. Julie leverages data and technology by utilizing a risk-based approach to budget management. She is known for building lasting and authentic professional relationships with senior leaders and for establishing a collaborative approach to tackling new challenges and focusing on strengthening business performance through high-value leadership.
