I currently provide extensive guidance in the implementation and optimization of HR related systems, services and processes supporting the management of the employee life-cycle, HR Shared Services & Tier 0 Delivery practices, and HR Technology deployment with an aim to improve the employee experience.

I have driven a multi-phase implementation of HR Shared Services using cost-saving technology including HR Help-desk / Knowledge-base, HR remote assistance, call-tree, Phone and Live chat-based support. 6 month implementation of data integrations, workflow improvements and automation reducing Hire & ESS/MSS administration hours by 34% in 6 months and increased ESS/MSS usage by 40%.

I have been instrumental in reforming process standards to effectively protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Employee Health Records (EHR) in a demanding dynamic data exchange environment. Developed automated and scheduled data delivery and notifications program supporting data auditing, ESS/MSS, Benefits and Employee Engagement efforts across the organization.

I have led, directed and supported systematic automation of processes, workflows and integrations of HR data for functions including Single Sign-on, Travel/Expense management and various other synchronous or downstream data integrations supporting daily activities or corporate acquisition (M&A) initiatives.
