Christine Soberón is an HR technology leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in developing and executing strategies that elevate business results. In her current role, she is responsible for architectural design, integration, and automation strategies for global HR, payroll, and timekeeping solutions.

Christine has served as an HR technology leader across several industries including Travel & Tourism, Food and Facility Services, and Logistics. Throughout the span of her career, she’s led global HRIS, HR Servicing, IT Development, Portfolio and Project Manager, QA, and Reporting and Analytics teams. She has an in-depth understanding of HR practices and IT methodologies and is identified as a dynamic leader and team builder that consistently motivates others toward success.

Christine has a BS in Business Administration with a double major in Human Resource Management and Internal Business from Florida International University. She’s been a member of IHRIM since 2003 and held a board position on the Florida Sun Chapter from 2003-2007.
