She built high-impact, long-term internship programs through partnerships with UT Austin, the University of Houston, and Texas A&M.

Meta holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at Austin as well as certifications in Organizational Development and Talent Management.
