She implemented and managed several Learning Management Systems, XML-based Content Management Systems, and virtual learning environments. She built high-impact, long-term internship programs through partnerships with UT Austin, the University of Houston, and Texas A&M.

In academia and in the private sector, Meta relied on strategic affiliations, teamwork, technology, and analytics to implement targeted, efficient, and fiscally sound solutions in workforce planning, cultural change, talent management, leadership development, and training.

Meta holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at Austin as well as certifications in Organizational Development and Talent Management. She served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas, the American Intercontinental University, and the University of Phoenix.
