Lauretta Siggers joined Cambridge College in 2013 and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development. She has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles for organizations nationally recognized for excellence in their fields. Prior to joining Cambridge College, she served as Regional Chief Operating Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts, one of the nation’s largest Red Cross units. She provided leadership and overall management of the financial and operational functions of the Eastern Massachusetts Region.

Prior to this role, she served as National Human Resources Officer for BELL where she evaluated business development and strategic plans and made changes to increase and grow revenue for the organization. She provided management and recruitment for over 1,100+ full-time and part-time employees regionally, including Boston, Springfield, MA, New York, Baltimore, MD, and Detroit, MI.

She has served on several non-profit boards and currently serves as the Secretary of the Board for Garden of Eden and Associates and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Council. As a leader and practitioner in human resources and related technologies, Lauretta holds a Master of Business Administration from Cambridge College, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in HR Management & Services from Bentley University.
