Diana Eckenberg is a collaborative and decisive Human Resources executive with 15 years of experience at Atlas Air Worldwide and its subsidiaries Atlas Air, Inc., Southern Air, Titan Aviation, and Polar Air Cargo. As Director of HR Information Services, Ms. Eckenberg is leveraging an expansive leadership role focused on transforming the HR organization into an efficiently operated, strategically driven, technical transformation to develop a solid support system for the high-growth global business. In her current role, Diana is at the center of transforming HR operations and optimizing technology solutions across a portfolio of mission-critical HR systems for a 4000-employee global organization.

Certified as an HR Information Professional (HRIP) and SHRM-SCP, Diana is currently completing a Master’s in HR Management at Cornell. Her bachelor’s degree is in Computer Science—a discipline dear to her heart for its analytical nature and mathematical precision.
