Anthony Hutchinson is an accomplished Human Resources Technology professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. He has implemented and administered several HRIS and Talent management systems for several companies. Some of the systems that he has worked with include Halogen e-Appraisal, Oracle-Peoplesoft HCM, Taleo applicant tracking system, iCims applicant tracking system, Lawson HCM, and Workday HCM.

Anthony is highly skilled at building cross functional relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors as is a strong advocate of HR technology.

Anthony is currently the Senior HRIS Analyst HCM & Reporting at the Bridgestone America’s. In this role he is responsible for contributing to the successful launch and sustained administration of the Workday HCM system. Anthony also provides a consultative presence with system upgrades and improvements.

Anthony obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and his Master’s in Information Technology from Western Governors University. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Western Kentucky University to go along with HRIP, PHR, and SHRM-CP certifications.
