HRIP Exam Overview, Schedule & Fees
The HRIP Certification exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions, which must be completed within 120 minutes.
The exam is administered via live online proctoring (LOP) or at one of Meazure Learning's worldwide test centers.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Once you purchase the certification exam, you have 12 months from the last day of the month you bought to schedule and take the exam. IHRIM does not have exam windows, so candidates may register for a date, time, and delivery method that is most convenient for them.
A $50 non-refundable fee applies to all rescheduled exams; it must be paid online at the time of the request.
Except in extraordinary circumstances, IHRIM does not refund fees paid. Our staff and testing center will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
Online Exams
It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment, software, and internet connection comply with all specifications of the Testing Service Provider before taking the exam.
Rescheduling and cancellation requests for live online proctored exams must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled testing appointment.
If you fail to appear for your scheduled testing appointment, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit your exam and exam fees.
Test Center Exams
For the test center exams, you may reschedule a testing appointment up to two (2) days before your testing appointment.
If you do not appear for your examination and do not reschedule at least two (2) days before your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit your exam and exam fees.
Who Should Get HRIP Certified?
While IHRIM does not specify work experience or academic preparation to take the exam, a broad background in HR and IT principles with years of practical experience are qualities found in the ideal candidate. HRIP-certified professionals recommend the following guideline:

The HRIP Certification Exam reflects current HR technology solutions, information management, and human capital management practices. Work experience need not be current or sequential; more recent experience will align better with the exam’s content and lead to a successful outcome.
