Sidney Simon

Sidney (Sid) H. Simon is very happily retired, in Florida, to golfing, pickleball, biking, poker, performing magic, and traveling. His career included positions in Aerospace IT, Bechtel Corporate HR, Tesseract/VP Product Management, Accenture HRIT, Healtheon (now WebMD), Cyberbills, and Unum. Sid was a founder and first president of IHRIM, which began as HRSA (Human Resource Systems Association) in 1978; however the organization changed to HRSP in 1980, as HRSA could not be incorporated in California; in 1995 the organization expanded with the inclusion of the Canadian organization and became IHRIM. Sid was a recipient of the prestigious IHRIM Summit award in 1994, the year the award was introduced.
