Congratulations on taking the first step to earning your HRIP Certification!

 

1. 1. Continue your registration by paying your $75 Application Fee HERE. This triggers an assessment by one of the members of our Council on HRIP Content and Examination, who will advise you of acceptance or deferral.
   2. If you paid your Application Fee, completed the application with the knowledge+experience self-assessment, have at least 5 years of applicable experience, and have no checkmarks in the fourth column (titled None), you do not need to wait for confirmation to move forward.
   3. Continue your preparation HERE(Preparing for your HRIP exam.)
   4. Select your Live Class Session Dates for the HRIP Exam Review Course, which runs about six times per year.
   5. Order Your HRIP Examination a la carte or bundled for the best discounts
   6. IHRIM members receive $220 off the Full Bundle. Annual subscription members extend their existing membership by two additional years, while Monthly subscription members are converted to an Annual subscription and extended for two years.
   7. Your ORDER will be acknowledged with additional instructions, which may vary depending on your order.

        • Acquiring Professional Development Unit (PDU) codes for taking the proctored exam that are accepted by IHRIM, HRCI, and SHRM.

Steps with Our Testing Partner:

1.  After receiving your Practice Test Voucher Code, create an account and complete a profile at Meazure Learning to take the sample tests.
2. Contact Meazure Learning through your account to schedule your proctored Certification Examination.

Steps with Our Knowledge and Learning Partners:

1. Log in to IHRIM’s Membership Portal to update your profile, view the complete Events Calendar, participate in Special Interest Groups, and network with the only global community of peers in HR technology. Start earning PDUs for your HRIP, SHRM, and HRCI recertifications immediately.
2. Always obtain the Date and Event code for HRIP PDUs from the event sponsor or producer. Submitting these credits to your transcript in the Membership Portal is your responsibility as a professional.

Please note that Practice Tests must be taken in the calendar year of purchase. The proctored HRIP Examination must be scheduled and taken within one year of purchase or before the end of the member’s current membership period, whichever is sooner. There are no refunds or extensions permitted; candidates must purchase additional practice tests after expiration, repurchase proctored exams after expiration, and comply with Meazure Learning’s cancellation and rescheduling rules.
