Michelle Galla is an experienced HR technology professional with over 30 years of experience in progressive roles in HRIS, from intern to programmer to an analyst, project manager, and people manager. In that journey, she witnessed and has been deeply involved in transforming HRIS from mainframe to client-server to expansive cloud systems. She has extensive experience working with all levels of her company in creating transformative technology solutions that benefit employees and leaders. Michelle is passionate about the HRIS field and has been a member of IHRIM since 2008 and has held HRIP certification since 2010. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in computer & information science from Gannon University.
