Lisa is the VP, HR Operations at Erickson Living. In this role she is responsible for the oversight and strategy of HR shared services functions including HR Strategy, Benefits, Compensation, HR Technology, HR Compliance, Payroll and Leave Management. Prior to Erickson Living, she held a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources, Information Technology and Project Management at Constellation Energy.

Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Arts from McDaniel College in Computer Science and Mathematics and her Masters in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She holds certifications in HR Transformation, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Lean & DFSS and Strategic Workforce Planning.
