Keivonna Dover has spent her life as a people champion. Keivonna is a Principal Integrations Consultant that helps companies use technology to streamline their recruitment process.  Whether supporting employees by leading or building Digital HR solutions, being the Founder of Coco Moms Inc. a Non-Profit delivering programming to the underserved and most impacted mothers and youth in our community, or helping budding wine lovers develop their palates, Keivonna leads through a practice of growing people to reach their fullest potential.

Keivonna advises customers on efficient and scalable processes by generating clarity and alignment on requirements, priorities, and functionality that best support the delivery of a Talent Strategy. With an understanding of APIs, Web Services, File Feeds, and SSO Authentication, while neither coder nor developer, Keivonna is the go-to professional when addressing the techno-functional requirements of system implementation.

Keivonna Dover holds an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business Management, a BA in Sociology with an Emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Riverside, and a Human Resources Certificate from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She is also Certified as a Human Resources Information Professional, HRIP, and is an Instructor of the HRIP Exam.
