Ms. Hartsock has more than 23 years of experience in Human Resources, with 18 years in HR Systems, the last 2 as an HCM Consultant for the Infor HCM CloudSuite product. She has worked for companies as small as 450 employees and as large as 22,000 with multiple HR technology products. Janna has led several large-scale implementations and upgrades, as well as multiple HR Systems Strategy-building processes. She has been a member of IHRIM since 2003, published in IHRIM’s peer-reviewed journal, Workforce Solutions Review, and served in multiple regional chapters and national committee positions in IHRIM. She is an experienced professional speaker on HR technology at multiple conferences, user groups, and webinars.
