Monica has over 25 years as an HR practitioner with experience as a Recruiter, Generalist, Compensation Manager, Trainer, and VP of HR. Monica has managed and developed training programs, run her own training development group, and currently helps train the sales team at Ascentis. She has worked for many different industries including: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, staffing, construction and software.
