In this capacity, he oversees presales strategy and execution, with specific responsibilities including go-to-market messaging, commercialization strategy, sales enablement, prospect & customer engagement, alliance management, and product thought leadership. With 12+ years of experience in analytics & planning, Mick has delivered hundreds of presentations and workshops to public- and private-sector organizations on how to build their capabilities for data-driven decision-making in HR.

Mick has a master’s degree in political science from Virginia Tech and a BA (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Leeds, England.

For forty years, Dennis Hill, Ph.D. has been a change catalyst and integrated solutions architect, serving on more than 20 boards in business, industry, and education, publishing #1 bestselling business books, and receiving awards for innovative technology and educational programming. Today, he spends much of his time writing and speaking internationally and advising organizations through board-level engagements on the future of work and workforce recruitment, increasing representation of minorities in STEM fields, and integrating organizations to improve productivity and profitability.

As a young professor in the '80s and '90s, Dr. Hill founded one of the first accredited computer science & engineering programs in the USA. Concurrently, he worked strategically and tactically with businesses, leading to the development of the first enterprise-class CRM solution on Oracle/Sun networks that integrated ERP. He was the first to envision and extend contact relationship management processes from sales, to supply chains and vendor management, as well as workforce recruitment and HCM. His mantra, that "education is our greatest force for social progress," summarizes his commitment to formal and continuing education, professional development, and certifications. Dr. Hill has earned degrees in biomedical, electrical, and computer science engineering, business, and law, and he is active in SHRM and HRCI, the Society for Manufacturing Engineers, and a Practitioner in the Assn. for Conflict Resolution.

As a committed volunteer, Dennis served as a biomedical engineer and assisted in wound care at Port-au-Prince, Haiti in the immediate aftermath of the 2010 earthquake with Hope International, and as part of IHRIM, he co-founded the Consortium DeHR, an international body dedicated to the secure, on-chain specification, development and certification of IT solutions for a global workforce (www.DeHR.org).

I am skilled in identifying business objectives for senior HR leaders and tying them to data and analytics

As a Solution Director at Visier, I use my deep subject expertise to design compelling products and services that solve customer problems and lead the people analytics market forward.

At Visier in my previous role as Practice Lead for People Analytics, I led a team of People Analytics Consultants who helped to transform people and processes within organizations who use Visier’s People Analytics technology solution. Prior to Visier, I was a director at Vancouver Coastal Health, where I led the people analytics and HR systems transformation efforts. I am a 15-year veteran in the People Analytics space and have deep experience in HR systems, data warehousing, data analysis techniques, and strategic workforce planning.

I hold a designation as a CPA, which informs my ethical approach and management consulting practice, as well as certifications in change management from Prosci©, Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI, and most recently, Product Management from the Pragmatic Institute.

Lisa is the VP, HR Operations at Erickson Living. Prior to Erickson Living, she held a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources, Information Technology and Project Management at Constellation Energy.

Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Arts from McDaniel College in Computer Science and Mathematics and her Masters in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. Lauretta Siggers joined Cambridge College in 2013 and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development. She has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles for organizations nationally recognized for excellence in their fields. Prior to joining Cambridge College, she served as Regional Chief Operating Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts, one of the nation’s largest Red Cross units. She provided leadership and overall management of the financial and operational functions of the Eastern Massachusetts Region.

Prior to this role, she served as National Human Resources Officer for BELL where she evaluated business development and strategic plans and made changes to increase and grow revenue for the organization. She provided management and recruitment for over 1,100+ full-time and part-time employees regionally, including Boston, Springfield, MA, New York, Baltimore, MD and Detroit, MI.

She has served on several non-profit boards and currently serves as the Secretary of the Board for Garden of Eden and Associates and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women's Advisory Council.

In 2010, Cindy and her co-founder, started Vado, Inc, an e-learning courseware provider. Vado grew to be an internationally known, award winning training provider specializing in leadership development, employee business skills, sexual harassment and diversity training content. In 2020, Vado was purchased by HSI and Cindy exited the business at the end of 2021.

Prior to founding Vado, Cindy has a deep and diverse career in HR and Training. She started her career as a HR Generalist and over 16 years, she grew her HR expertise to lead the HR function for a mid-sized computer software and services company. After she left HR as a practitioner, she headed the Sales & Marketing function for an assessment services company and later was promoted to President & COO. Building on her successes, she was recruited to lead an assessment company as the CEO and later to a training company as the SVP of Business Development.

Cindy was a 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 LearningElite Judge for Human Capital Media. In addition, she is on the Advisory Board for HR.com.

Cindy has a MBA with an HR Concentration from the University of St. Thomas and a BA of the University of WI. She graduated with honors from both universities.

A career Banker for over thirty years, a sizable portion of her career has been spent in senior and executive leadership positions with responsibility for strategic and business objectives, asset management, compliance policies and guidelines, employee development and stake holder relationships. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, fiscal management, talent management and development, change management and small business lending.

Gloria has also worked extensively in the international banking arena where, in addition to acquiring a wide knowledge of different customs and business practices she has built up a strong network of international contacts across a spectrum of industries.

A firm believer in the importance of small business in the creation of wealth, Gloria is currently a volunteer with SCORE Association where she provides mentoring services to small business owners and startups. Dr. Kyle Huff is an Associate Professor of Management and leads the Management Discipline in the School of Business at Georgia Gwinnett College. He also the currently serves as the Director of the Leadership and Management Development Institute at GGC. Kyle teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. His research interests are around the broad topic of employee assessment. This includes justice perceptions of performance appraisals, threats to the validity of web-based assessment, HR/talent analytics, and alternative measures of psychological constructs.

During his teaching career, Kyle taught classes as a graduate student at Georgia College and State University and North Carolina State University. Huff received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational and vocational psychology at North Carolina State University. Before that, he earned an M.S. in general psychology from Georgia College and State University and a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

While earning his degree, he has worked as part of various teams that have completed projects for the U.S. military, O*NET, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and NASA. In addition, he has worked directly for VeriTest and Predvari.

Shallonda resides in Arizona and is part of the HR Operations team for The Trade Desk, Inc, serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst. The interest in HR Systems was sparked using PeopleSoft over 10 years ago. Since then, have completed reporting/analysis/configuration for Kronos, Oracle HR, iCIMs, ADP, and currently enhancing Workday.

Began HR career as a generalist and maintain a PHR credential; narrowed the focus to HR systems more than 5 years ago. A graduate of Bucknell University, with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish.

Previous board experience was for a local library along in addition to a church in NJ. Additionally, served as a board member (co-director for membership) for the Staffing Management Association of Arizona (2011-2012) that was folded into the SHRM of Greater Phoenix organization.

Currently, Tracie is a HRIS manager for Moody’s Corporation based in New York City. Her responsibilities include ensuring SuccessFactors technology drives innovation and thought leadership, being a trusted advisor to the HRIS team; partnering with Center of Expertise (COE) leads, HRBP’s etc. to understand their operational issues and opportunities; leading Continuous Improvement efforts related to HR system functionality and capability; and partnering with HR business leaders to define and supply appropriate data metrics and analytics to drive employee related business decisions.

Since 2009, Tracie also leads the SAP SuccessFactors East Coast Users Group currently over 600 members.

Tracie holds a degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. Tracie is also certified for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt.

Vicky DePiore is a Sr. HR Consultant for OneDigital and has been in the field for almost 30 years in numerous industries. Vicky earned her Bachelors Degree in HR from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree in HR and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.

Vicky works diligently to maintain and improve her HR and business education in support of her two HR certifications of GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources), and the SPHR Senior Human Resources Professional) In addition, she has also received President’s Award for Volunteerism, Certified Business Professional certification in Leadership, and has also earned the status of Professional Coach from the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy.

Vicky has also served in voluntary capacity as the VP of Diversity and Inclusion for the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management and the VP of Membership for the Cleveland American Society of Training and Development. She also serves on a Board for her alma mater at Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Christine has served as an HR technology leader across several industries including Travel & Tourism, Food and Facility Services, and Logistics. Through the span of her career, she’s led global HRIS, HR Servicing, IT Development, Portfolio and Project Manager, QA, and Reporting and Analytics teams. She has an in depth understanding of HR practices and IT methodologies and is identified as a dynamic leader and team builder that consistently motivates others toward success.

Christine has a BS in Business Administration with a double major in Human Resource Management and Internal Business from Florida International University. She’s been a member of IHRIM since 2003 and held a board position on the Florida Sun Chapter from 2003-2007.
