Ms. Shallonda Trim resides in Arizona and is part of the HR Operations team for The Trade Desk, Inc, serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst. Ms. Trim began her HR career as a generalist and maintains a PHR credential. She narrowed her focus to HR systems more than 5 years ago. A graduate of Bucknell University, with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. Her interest in HR Systems was sparked using PeopleSoft over 10 years ago. Since then, Shallonda has completed reporting/analysis/configuration for Kronos, Oracle HR, iCIMs, ADP, and currently enhancing Workday.

Previous board experience includes her local library along in addition to her church in NJ. Additionally, Shallonda served as a board member (co-director for membership) for the Staffing Management Association of Arizona (2011-2012) which was folded into the SHRM of Greater Phoenix organization.
