Michelle Stewart, HRIP


In her role as Manager, HR Systems Michelle leads the team that provides HR technology support and innovation for Bruce Power, the world’s largest Nuclear Power Plant. She is responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap, operational stability and leading project execution to ensuring the best technology is available to ensure Bruce Power has the right people in the right place at the right time.

Michelle has been in the HRIS profession for 15 years and has been engaged in a variety of HR Systems from cradle to grave including: Meditech, SAP, Peoplesoft, VIP, Avanti and Workday. She is responsible for providing innovative solutions to solve business problems and reporting to enable informed decision making.

Michelle has several certifications including HRIP, Business Process Management, ITIL, Workday Touchpoints Pro and a diploma in Information Systems.

Michelle is on the board of the Owen Sound Aquatic Club as Treasurer and past IT Manager for the Owen Sound Aquatic Club; past Treasurer on the Women’s Center of Grey-Bruce
