Gloria Anthony is the Founder & CEO of GCA Consultancy LLC, offering advisory services to small business owners and entrepreneurs on effective cash flow management, business strategy, risk mitigation, and profit optimization.

A sizable portion of Gloria’s 30-year career in banking has been spent in senior and executive leadership roles responsible for strategic and business objectives, asset management, compliance policies and guidelines, employee development, and stakeholder relationships. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, fiscal management, talent management and development, change management, and small business lending. Gloria has also worked extensively in international banking where, in addition to acquiring a wide knowledge of different customs and business practices, she has built up a strong network of international contacts across a spectrum of industries.

A firm believer in the importance of small business in the creation of wealth, Gloria is currently a volunteer with SCORE Association where she provides mentoring services to small business owners and startups. She is also a DEI Ambassador for the Southeast and Southwest regions of Florida. Previous volunteer roles include Board Member Bank of St Lucia 2011- 2015; Board Member Caribbean Association of Banks 2010-2016; Board Member Bank of Suriname 2015-2018. Ms. Anthony holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking from The Chartered Institute of Financial Services in the U.K., augmented with certificates in Professional Fundraising from Boston University and Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education.
