Your participation in the SHARE IHRIM Member-Get-a-Member Campaign benefits everyone involved:

You - Each time that you refer a new member, IHRIM will reward you with $10 in IHRIM Membership Bucks that you can use toward IHRIM membership,  conference and education registrations and more! PLUS you’ll be entered into our quarterly drawing for more valuable prizes!

Your Referrals - When your colleagues join IHRIM, they’ll be able to take advantage of all of the benefits of membership including educational resources and networking opportunities.

IHRIM - Through member growth, IHRIM can develop new and enhanced programs to support our membership and the profession.

The IHRIM Member-Get-a-Member Campaign rewards YOU for encouraging other HR information management professionals to join IHRIM now through December 31, 2012.

As a valued member of the IHRIM community, you can impact the future of the Association by sharing your story with other HR information management professionals of how being a member has directly benefitted you. You already know that IHRIM membership offers resources, solutions, education and networking which you cannot get anywhere else. You know how much IHRIM has aided you in your career and in helping your organization achieve its goals.

Recruiting new members has never been easier
Simply share your story of what your return on investment in an IHRIM membership has been with a colleague or peer.  Then suggest they visit www.ihrim.org to learn more about membership and how to join. Or simply download the New Member Application and give it to those you feel would benefit from an IHRIM membership.

And in return, we’ll reward you for it!
If they join, YOU get the credit. And we keep track of your recruitment activity for you. It's that easy.
Note: When they apply for membership, they will need to include your name in the "Referred by" box on the membership application form or on the online new member form.

Prefer to Refer?
Sometimes it may be more convenient or more appropriate for you to provide us with contact information for an individual who is a candidate for membership, and we take the next step.

Simply forward the name and contact information (email and/or phone number) of the individual to IHRIM at membership@ihrim.org and we will send them an IHRIM membership packet including an application. However, you won't be considered the "recruiter" unless the new member provides your name on the application as the person who introduced him/her to IHRIM.

Whether you recruit or refer, you will be contributing to the growth of IHRIM. And you have the potential to earn valuable awards!

Referral Awards

Program Rules

• Only active members in good-standing can participate in the SHARE IHRIM 2012 Member-Get-a-Member program.
• Program is valid for regular new membership categories only. New student and faculty members and corporate member replacements do not qualify.
• Program is not valid on renewals. Reinstated memberships qualify for credit. Reinstatements are defined as memberships that have not been active for at least 12 months since their new join date.
• To receive credit for a recruit/referral, the new member must include the referring member’s name. If IHRIM cannot verify the identity of the referring member’s name, no credit will be received for that application.
• Program valid for memberships received or postmarked with payment by December 31, 2012.
• IHRIM Board of Directors are not eligible to win the raffle prizes or Grand Prize.
• Program rules and incentives are subject to change by IHRIM.
