largest of IHRIM's Affinity Groups. If you are currently an IHRIM member and
would like to become a member of the HR Metrics & Workforce Analytics
Affinity Group please update your member record in the IHRIM database. This
will ensure that you will receive all of our communications and updates.

on the left to start taking advantage of the many benefits of an IHRIM
membership. Please also be sure to select the HR Metrics & Workforce
Analytics Affinity Group as your primary or secondary Affinity Group.
We are a community of members dominated by
practitioners, but also supplemented by consultants and vendors, who sit on
the front lines and whether by choice or circumstance find ourselves leading
the development and emergence of the HR metrics and workforce analytics
practice. Like you, we share an interest in learning about and become better
at measuring, analyzing and improving the contributions of people in our
organizations.
The purpose of this Affinity Group is to provide
opportunities for people like you to network, discuss and debate topics
related to HR metrics and workforce analytics. To support this purpose we
offer a schedule of formal educational sessions as well as promoting
on-going discussions through our on-line forums. A listing of upcoming
events is provided below. The link to join the on-line forum is provided to
the right.
Additionally, we will shortly introduce a collaborative
Wiki to serve as a web-based repository and resource/reference library for
members. It will be used to store contributed articles, reports, surveys,
whitepapers, presentations, webcasts, blogs, etc. We will abide by the
Wikipedia freedom of access approach. Stay tuned for the URL and information
to access this great new tool!

The IHRIM HR Metrics &
Workforce Analytics Affinity Group is interested in the state of metrics and
analytics adoption at your organization and would also like some feedback on
potential webinars to be offered to our group members over the next year. We
have created a very brief survey (less than 5 minutes) that we would very
much appreciate your participation in completing.

weeks after the conclusion of the survey period. The aggregate data will
also be discussed at a special "MWA Forum and Fishbowl", which will be held
at this year's IHRIM HRMStrategies 2008 Conference in Orlando.
Of
course, all responses are anonymous and specific data will be kept
confidential by our analysis team. We will only use your information in the
aggregate and your privacy will be strictly maintained.
