The Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification exam is designed to assess the knowledge and competencies of professionals in the HR technology field. Passing the exam indicates a demonstrated comprehensive understanding and proficiency of the defined body of knowledge in HR information management.
The Examination Study Guide is an overview of the body of knowledge content areas and will help you identify areas where additional study and/or work experience may be necessary prior to testing. Go to Exam Study Guide for more information and to purchase the Study Guide. The Examination Study Guide is given to students who attend the Certification Exam Preparation Course.
The Certification Exam Review Course. This course is designed to help candidates prepare for the certification exam. It is not intended to replace professional experience or other sources of achieving professional competence. The key topics and terminology in each of the four (4) main knowledge areas will be covered. An assessment will be given to help the student determine their level of understanding in these knowledge areas. Click here for more information.
IHRIM's HRIP Certification Exam Review Course Delivered Online. IHRIM offers the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification Exam Review Course as a series of 6 Webinars. While purchasing the entire series will bring you the most benefit, attendees are able to purchase the recorded Webinars on an individual basis. Click here for more information.
Certification Practice
Exam. Taking the practice exam gives you exposure to
multiple-choice questions that are similar in form and content to the
types of questions that will be on the actual Certification Examination.
In addition, it will allow you to identify subject areas (Domains) that
may require further study before you take the formal exam.
Please note: Your online user ID and password will be sent to you
within three (3) days after payment has been processed. You are
therefore encouraged to allow enough time to receive your login
information before the date of the published exam.
