Are You Ready to Ride the Next Wave: Getting ahead of the analytics revolution
There are a confluence of forces driving transformational change through the sphere of workforce analytics. The demands from Boards and CEO’s has driven up the internal pressure. At the same time the rebounding economy has increased the competition for finding and keeping the best talent. Significant changes in the way in which workforce analytics can be sourced and provided to the organization are providing HR groups with the capability to ride the wave of change and meet the demands of their management and the market.

The presentation explains the drivers of change from both the business and technology perspective. We explain the critical forces that are leading HR groups to re-think their approach to workforce analytics, get beyond metrics and deliver insight that drives results. We cover the key trends as they relate to business demands, IT infrastructure, the costs and benefits of analytic programs as well as the knowledge and skills required by HR practitioners.  Participants in this session will gain the critical knowledge they need to lift their HR group and organization onto this wave of change and join in this critical transformation in the way that HR delivers to the organization.
