There are three easy ways to register for IHRIM 2014: online, fax, or mail. All registrations must be accompanied by payment in U.S. dollars to be processed.
Please keep in mind while making your travel arrangements that the conference program begins with our Get Connected Reception on Sunday evening, June 1 and ends after our last set of concurrent educational sessions at 11:45am on Wednesday, June 4. A variety of pre-conference courses will be held on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday June 1; IHRIM will be offering the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification exam on Sunday afternoon, June 1.
Full Conference Includes conference educational sessions, access to the Expo Hall, Sunday Get Connected Reception, Tuesday Evening Reception, lunches Monday and Tuesday and all breakfasts and refreshment breaks Monday through Wednesday.
Full Conference with HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose Ticket - IHRIM is making it easy to register for the IHRIM conference and support the HRIM Foundation by allowing you to combine a full conference registration with a Foundation Party for a Purpose ticket (a portion of the $100 ticket is US tax deductible). Help fund educational and research programs that advance the HR systems profession by attending the HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose on Monday, June 2 at the Anaheim Marriott. Tickets may also be purchased separately.
One-day Conference Includes educational sessions, access to the Expo Hall, lunch and evening IHRIM networking event only for the day selected (Monday, June 2 or Tuesday, June 3). Tickets for other events may be purchased separately.
Exposition Only Includes access to the Expo Hall only during the published hours on Monday and Tuesday (June 2 and June 3). Exposition Only registration also includes the lunch in the Expo Hall on Monday. No other lunches or evening networking events are included. (Tickets may be purchased separately.)

Non-members who sign up for membership with the conference will automatically become IHRIM members at the time of their payment. This membership will remain active for 12 months.Save More with Team/Group Registration
Register four (4) or more people from your organization at either the full member or non-member conference rate and receive $100 off each registration. All registrants must be with the same company and must register with payment at the same time. (This discount is not applicable to Special Membership Fee, Student/Faculty, One-Day Conference, Exposition Only, Guest or Pre-Conference Course registrants). This discount is only available by fax and cannot be done online. Please fax your groupís forms together to 972-395-1463. All forms must be submitted with full payment as a group to be eligible for the discount.
IHRIMís pre-conference educational courses are designed to give you a comprehensive study of important HR topics with solutions that will make a difference in your career and your organizationís bottom line. These courses are not included in your conference registration fees and can be purchased through the Conference Registration Form. For more information on the courses, go to 2014 Courses.
All paid registrations will be confirmed via e-mail within three (3) business days after the payment is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10-15 days of submitting your registration, you may contact the Registration Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may add items to your registration or change your nonfinancial information by clicking on the link to changes in your confirmation. Note you do not have to resubmit your credit card information unless you are adding additional items to your registration.

All registration refund requests must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you received membership with your registration fee, IHRIM will retain the membership fees and refund the remainder based on the following cancellation schedule. Cancellations received in writing:
All approved refunds will be issued after the conference to the issuer of the original payment. Substitutions are allowed at the appropriate rates and must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. IHRIM highly recommends sending a replacement if you have to cancel after April 25, 2014 to avoid the loss of your investment. Approved refunds may be applied to other IHRIM events on request.
