Every airport, business magazine and Silicon Valley billboard is talking about the cloud. But do you know how the cloud can transform more than just the way you deploy software? Join us at lunch on Tuesday to hear Chris Leone, SVP of Cloud Applications Development at Oracle, talk about how cloud computing and in particular cloud architecture can give you deep insight into your operations via big data and predictive analytics. It can help speed productivity and build rapport with social and mobile capabilities. The right cloud should have at its core a talent-centric way of housing and surfacing key information about your employees. Finally it should deliver all of these strategic capabilities while not compromising security, your own data or your organizationís appetite for change and adoption.

Chris Leone is Senior Vice President of Development for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, as well as Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service and Oracle Taleo Social Sourcing Cloud Service, all part of Oracle Application Cloud Services. In this role, Chris is responsible for driving the strategy, product management, product development, and product go-to-market functions. For more than 20 years, Chris has been developing enterprise software applications for large and midsize companies. He came to Oracle via the acquisition of PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for the product management activities of the company's financial management and enterprise performance management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Chris was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Hyperion, where he was responsible for product strategy for business performance management solutions.

He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a master's in finance and management from Loyola Marymount University.
