Registration Categories/Packages
Full Conference
Member - registration rate is discounted for IHRIM members who
provide an active IHRIM member ID at the time of registration.
Full Conference Non Member - does not include
membership benefits
Full Conference Non-member Who Joins with Conference
Registration - provides 12 months membership in IHRIM at discounted
membership rate. Non-members who join IHRIM with the conference
registration will automatically become IHRIM members at the time of
their conference registration.
Students/Faculty - a full conference discounted rate is offered
to students/faculty who submit proof of full-time status with their
initial registration. Full-time status can be proven with an official
school transcript, course schedule or similar document showing active
participation in at least 10 credit hours of course work per semester.
One-day Conference Includes educational sessions,
access to the Expo Hall, lunch and evening IHRIM networking event only for the day
selected (Monday, June 3 or Tuesday, June 4). Tickets for other events
may be purchased separately. Exposition Only Includes access to the Expo Hall only
during the published hours on Monday and Tuesday (June 3 and June 4).
Exposition Only registration also includes the lunch in the Expo Hall on
Monday.
No other lunches or evening networking events are included. (Tickets may be
purchased separately.)
Full Conference Includes
conference educational sessions, access to the Expo Hall, Sunday Get
Connected Reception, Tuesday Evening Reception, lunches Monday and Tuesday
and all breakfasts and refreshment breaks Monday through Wednesday.

Celebrate: HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose - June 3, 2013 |

The HRIM Foundation will hold its annual fund raising dinner at the Porte Cochere, Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel. Celebrate the Foundation's fifth year anniversary with good food, lively conversations and fireworks over the Magic Kingdom! All proceeds from the event benefit the programs and initiatives of the HRIM Foundation. A portion of your ticket is US tax deductible. Party for a Purpose tickets are available online at Foundation Party Tickets. Tickets may be purchase at Disney's Contemporary Resort on Sunday afternoon (June 2) and Monday morning (June 3). |

Individual tickets may be purchased online, or on site for the Get Connected Reception on Sunday night, the HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose on Monday, the Tuesday Evening Reception as well as the Tuesday Lunch. Please note that Sunday and Tuesday's networking event tickets come with full registration packages and lunches are included on the One Day registration (only on the day(s) you purchase). Pre-Conference Education Courses (Optional Educational Events)
IHRIM’s pre-conference educational courses are designed to give you a comprehensive study of important HR topics with solutions that will make a difference in your career and your organization’s bottom line. These courses are not included in your conference registration fees and can be purchased through the Conference Registration Form. For more information on the courses, go to 2013 Courses.
You may submit changes or additional purchases in writing to the IHRIM Registration Center at ihrim2013@badgeguys.com, or by fax to 972.395.1463.
All registration refund requests must be in writing to ihrim2013@badgeguys.com. If you received membership with your registration fee, IHRIM will retain the membership fees and refund the remainder based on the following cancellation schedule. Cancellations received in writing.

Cancellations received on or after April 27, 2013 are nonrefundable
Substitutions are allowed at the appropriate rates and must be submitted in writing to ihrim2013@badgeguys.com. IHRIM highly recommends sending a replacement to avoid the loss of your investment. Approved refunds may be applied to other IHRIM events. Approved refunds will be issued after the 2013 Conference.
