IHRIM 2013 Networking

The IHRIM 2013 networking opportunities (both formal and informal) offer you a venue where your ideas can mix with those of your peers in the HR information management community as well as those of industry thought leaders.

From our opening Get Connected Reception through the closing meet up, there is something for everyone. With the educational sessions, two evening receptions, daily continental breakfasts and lunches, and the Expo Hall all conveniently located in Disney's Contemporary Resort, networking has never been easier for you!

Networking event tickets for the Get Connected Reception and Tuesday Evening Reception, breakfast and lunches each day come with the full registration packages. The one-day registration includes only events of that day. Individual guest event tickets may be purchased online or on site for the Get Connected Reception, Tuesday luncheon, Tuesday Evening Reception, HRIM Golf for a Goal and the HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose.

	HRIM Foundation Golf for a Goal Sunday, June 2, 12:30 pm registration, 1:00 pm shot gun start Magnolia Golf Course Start your networking early and join other golfers at Walt Disney World’s magnificent Magnolia Golf Course. Spacious greens, generous landing areas, and the world-famous Mickey Mouse bunker are graced by over 1,500 magnolia trees that bloom from late spring to mid-summer. Tickets are $100 and include lunch, green fees, pre-round practice range balls, cart with GPS yardage system, and locker rooms with amenities. Purchase a foursome for your team or individual tickets. Tickets may be purchased with your conference registration or by going to Golf for a Goal.
First Time Attendees Orientation Sunday, June 2, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Nutcracker Ballroom, Main Level This session is designed for the first time IHRIM Conference attendee or those who have been away for awhile. We’ll give you some tips on how to most out of the conference and allow time to network with other first time attendees and IHRIM leaders while having some fun.
	Get Connected Reception: Splish Splash, It’s a Beach Bash Sunday, June 2, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm Grand Republic Ballroom, Second Level IHRIM brings the beach inside for our Sunday opening reception. Enjoy the music of the tropics, meet old friends and make new contacts while enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres in the Grand Republic Ballroom. IHRIM attendees will be greeted by the Big Cheese himself – Mickey Mouse - and his special guest! Recommended attire is casual, Florida style: tropical shirts, shorts, sandals, flip flops.
Exposition Hall Lunch - Lunch on the Go Monday, June 3, 12:15 pm – 1:30 pm Fantasia Ballroom, Main Level The Exposition Hall is open for your Lunch on the Go on Monday, June 3. Enjoy your lunch while you explore the exhibits to see the latest innovations from leading industry companies who are showcasing their products, technologies, and services.
	HRIM Foundation Party for a Purpose: Celebrating Five Years Monday, June 3 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm Porte Cochere, Main Level Kick back and relax with fellow conference attendees while celebrating the Foundation’s 5th Anniversary! Our 2013 Party for a Purpose’s outdoor setting will transport you to the laid back atmosphere of Key West. Begin the evening with drinks (cash bar) before enjoying dinner and the Key West sound of our guitarist. End the evening with a fantastic view of the fireworks over the Magic Kingdom® Park. Tickets are $100 and a portion of the ticket cost is U.S. tax deductible. Tickets may be purchased with your conference registration or by going to Party for a Purpose Tickets.
Tuesday Luncheon Tuesday, June 4, 11:45 am - 1:30 pm Ballroom of the Americas, Second Level Tuesday's sit down lunch provides you with the opportunity to continue conversations, exchange ideas and discuss what you have seen and heard during the conference.
	Tuesday Evening Reception: You've Got a Friend in IHRIM Tuesday, June 4, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Ballroom of the Americas, Second Level IHRIM's second night reception transports you to the world of animated stories and outrageous characters as we celebrate the stories of Pixar. Step through the doors of the Ballroom of the Americas and visit scenes and characters from Toy Story, the Incredibles, Monsters, Inc. and Up. Dance to DJ Miles and his Mix on Wheels or try your luck with our arcade games while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and beverages with fellow attendees the night before the conference ends. Recommended Attire: Pixar logo attire or pay homage to your favorite Pixar movie, such as western or space from Toy Story, superhero from the Incredibles or the colorful world of Monsters, Inc.
Wednesday Meet Up: Chat, Snack and Go Wednesday, June 5, 11:45 am - 12:30 pm Grand Republic Ballroom, Second Level IHRIM provides you with a place to meet up with fellow attendees before you head home. Enjoy some light refreshments at the close of the IHRIM 2013 Conference, compare notes and make plans to meet up at the IHRIM 2014 Conference and Technology Expo!
	And don't forget to start each day off right with breakfast and coffee with your conference colleagues. Continental breakfast will be provided Monday through Wednesday.
