Wednesday Evening Reception: IHRIM and All That Jazz!
Wednesday, May 2, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

International Ballroom North, Second Floor
Join IHIRM for a “roaring” good time as we transport you back to Chicago of the 1920's. World War I had ended, and art, music, and parties seemed to be everywhere. Major cities like Chicago were booming. It was the time of flappers and gangsters, Prohibition and speakeasies. Once through the speakeasy door, you will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, beverages, music and fun with fellow attendees the night before the conference ends.
Recommended Attire: Flapper dresses, boas, long pearl necklaces, fans, black or white ties on a black shirt, spats (white canvas or vinyl shoe covers), fedoras or gangster hats.

Thursday Closing Luncheon
Thursday, May 3, 11:45 pm - 1:30 pm
International Ballroom North, Second Floor
Thursday's closing luncheon provides you with the opportunity to continue conversations, exchange ideas and discuss what you saw and heard during the past two and a half days of the conference.

And don't forget to start each day off right with breakfast and coffee with your conference colleagues.  Continental breakfast will be provided Tuesday through Thursday.  Coffee and dessert breaks are also a great opportunity for networking.  Please see the Conference Schedule at a Glance for the times of these networking opportunities.
