A credit card is required at the time of booking and a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged. In order to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
Air Travel
and Ground Transportation
Chicago is conveniently served by two international airports:
O’Hare International Airport - O’Hare International Airport is one of the largest airports in the world. O’Hare Airport features four terminals, around 180 gates and six runways, and handles around one million annual flights. Chicago O’Hare International Airport is approximately 18 miles from the Hilton Chicago.
Midway Airport - Midway Airport is located on the city’s southwest side, eight miles from Chicago’s Loop. It is the major low-fare U.S. airport with 12 airlines offering domestic and international flights. Midway Airport is about 10 miles from the Hilton Chicago.
There are several ways to get to downtown Chicago from the airports:
Shuttle/Taxi – Services are available at both airports.
Car Rentals – Many car rental companies have facilities at both O’Hare and
Midway airports. Please visit specific rental company websites for details.
Public Transportation – Chicago Transit Authority offers fast, direct train
service from airports to downtown.

Weather
While the temps in early May are starting to warm up
towards summer, the weather can vary during Chicago in the spring, so pack
accordingly. The average high temperature in May is 69°F (20°C) and
average low temperature is 49°F (9°C).
