Registration Options

There are three easy ways to register prior to IHRIM 2008: online, fax, or mail. All registrations must be accompanied by payment in U.S. dollars to be processed.

Register online via our secure server

Register by fax or mail by downloading our registration form and submitting it with payment to:

Registration Includes Conference, Exposition, Sunday Get Connected Reception, Tuesday Evening Reception  at Epcot Center, continental breakfasts and lunches Monday through Wednesday.

1 Your member ID# must be provided with your initial registration.  If it isn’t included, the non-member rate will be charged.

Non-members who sign up for membership with the conference will automatically become IHRIM members at the time of their payment. This membership will remain active for 12 months.

Group/Team Discount Register four (4) or more people from your organization at either the full member or non-member conference rate and receive $100 off each registration. All registrants must be with the same company and must register with payment at the same time. (This discount is not applicable to Special Membership Fee, Student/Faculty, One-Day Conference, Exposition Only, Guest or Pre-Conference Course registrants).

This discount is only available by fax and cannot be done online. Please fax your group’s forms together to 972-395-1463. All forms must be submitted with full payment as a group to be eligible for the discount.

Event Guest Tickets

Individual tickets may be purchased through the conference registration form in this program, online, or on site for the Get Connected Reception on Sunday night and the IHRIM Reception on Tuesday as well as the Tuesday and Wednesday lunches and - just for IHRIM 2008 - a special Wednesday Continental Breakfast with the Disney Characters. Networking event tickets come with full registration packages and the One Day registration (only events on the day(s) you purchase).

Pre-Conference Education Courses (Optional Educational Events)
IHRIM’s pre-conference educational courses are designed to give you a comprehensive study of important HR topics with solutions that will make a difference in your career and your organization’s bottom line. These courses are not included in your conference registration fees and can be purchased through the Conference Registration Form.

Confirmation and Changes
All paid registrations will be confirmed via e-mail within five working days after the payment is processed. If you do not provide an e-mail address, your confirmation will be mailed and will take longer to get to you.

Changes to original registration information (e.g., job title) must be submitted in writing by fax or mail and are best accomplished prior to your arrival. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10-15 days of submitting your registration, you may contact the Registration Center at ihrim2008@badgeguys.com.

Cancellation Policy
All registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to ihrim2008@badgeguys.com.  Cancellations received by Friday, May 2, 2008 will be refunded minus a US$150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 2, 2008. No refunds will be issued for membership fees. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at the appropriate rates and must be in writing. IHRIM highly recommends sending a replacement if you have to cancel after May 2, 2008 to avoid the complete loss of your investment.
