 To make your hotel reservations, please contact Disney Reservations directly, phone number is listed below. While the hotel cut off date has passed, please reference your attendance at the IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management) Conference and accommodations will be made to get you the best rates at a property near the Contemporary Resort.   

All cancellations should be communicated through the hotel directly.  The hotel requires a first and last night's advance deposit for each reservation.

Air Travel
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 27 miles from the Contemporary Resort.  The airport is served by 42 passenger airlines with scheduled service to and from destinations around the world.

Car Rental

Disney's Magical Express Service
Disney's Magical Express is a service that features complimentary Guest shuttle and luggage delivery direct from Orlando International Airport to Disney Resort Guest rooms - and back to the airport at the end of your stay. The service also offers expedited airline check-in process for return domestic flights on selected airlines. 

Booking Disney's Magical Express service is easy and convenient for IHRIM 2008 attendees - after receiving your guest room confirmation number, you have the option of using Disney's online form or calling Disney group reservationists directly at (407) 827-6777 during business hours. To use the service, you must have a magical Express reservation prior to arrival.

Prior to arrival, you will be mailed an Airport Transportation Booklet containing general information and special luggage tags which they will attach to their luggage before departure.  Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, you will be greeted by a Disney representative who will direct you to the Disney Airport Welcome Center in Terminal B.  Then relax and enjoy complimentary motor coach transportation to your Disney Resort hotel while your luggage goes straight from the plane to your room.  At the end of your stay, you will enjoy the same convenience of Disney's Magical Express service from your Disney Resort hotel to Orlando International Airport.

One of the area's biggest attractions is its year-round mild weather. Mid-Florida's subtropical climate has long been a strong drawing card for tourists and residents alike.  By June, heat and humidity are a daily occurrence that results in frequent thunderstorms and heavy downpours. June's high averages 91°F and the low averages 71°F.
