IHRIM Ambassador Award
The IHRIM Ambassador Award recognizes individuals who are IHRIM members in good standing for significant volunteer contributions within the previous twelve months in support of the Association's mission and goals.

Rob Eidson
Specialist Leader

Rob Eidson is a Specialist Leader with Deloitte Consulting, focused on HR Reporting, Metrics & Analytics. He has worked in the HR Technology & HR Reporting space for over 25 years, and is a leading expert for implementing solutions in this field. He has presented at many IHRIM conferences, as well as SHRM, PeopleSoft, ADP and other user conferences.
Rob Eidson has been involved in the HR reporting, metrics and analytics space for over 20 years. He provides both thought leadership as well as practical capability for HR to advance its data and analytics capabilities.
An IHRIM member since 1987, Rob served on the IHRIM board of directors from 2007-2009 and was active in the Workforce Analytics Special Interest Group. Rob has been an integral part in both the planning and the execution IHRIM's successful annual event, the IHRIM Metrics Forum. He has been a driving force on the Forum content committee and actively participated as both Forum moderator and presenter.
Cathy Sparks, HRIP

Cathy Sparks has been involved in various leadership roles in the IHRIM Atlanta/SE Chapter as well as at the Association level. Currently she serves as a member of the Association's Leadership Effectiveness Committee (LEC), a group chartered to ensure effective IHRIM governance by creating processes and tools for leadership development and evaluation as well as to oversee the board nomination process.
The LEC works with the IHRIM Board and Staff in establishing programs aimed at developing and assessing leadership performance, including strengthening and conducting the board nomination process and ongoing leadership coaching.
Cathy has also been an active volunteer at IHRIM conferences, serving as a session coordinator over the past number of years and helping with other conference tasks.
Cathy's enthusiasm for IHRIM and willingness to help make her a great IHRIM ambassador.
